Payment Options
Payments can be made over the phone with a credit card, online, at an offsite payment location, walk in and drive through window during regular business hours. Payments can be dropped off in the night box after regular business hours. (no cash payments left in the night box, please)
Payments can also be made by mailing check or money order to: Rockett SUD PO Box 40, Red Oak, TX 75154-6532 or payment can be made by an electronic pay bill online service through your bank.
Rockett offers Bank Draft. Your bill will be drafted the day of your billed date. Draft dates as of the following:
Due date of the 16th-will be drafted on the 1st of every month.
Due date of the 21st-will be drafted on the 5th of every month.
Due date of the 26th-will be drafted on the 10th of every month.
If you would like to enroll for this feature please print and complete the form below and mail with a voided check to our office at PO Box 40, Red Oak, Texas 75154. *Please include a contact phone number.

For offsite payment locations please go to our "Links" page and click on the link for Offsite Payment Locations and go to option 2, and enter your zip code for a location nearest you.
Rockett is currently taking payments online, simply click on the Payment Online tab and create an account. You may also view your utility bill online with this feature. *Please note that there is a $1.25 convenience fee for this feature. "This fee is not associated with the District".
