C.I.P. Phase 4 – F.M. 813 and F.M. 983 Transmission Mains, a 20” water main from the F.M. 813/F/M. 387 Intersection to Adams Pump Station. With a provision of a 16” water main from Adams Pump Station northward along F.M. 983 approximately 3,300 LF to the existing 12” main just north of Rockett Church.
