Apply for Services
To apply for new service you must come into our office and establish a deposit and any other associated fees. You may print out and complete one of the following agreements to bring along with you.
*Please note that the billing date is determined on the area of which service is requested, you will be given this information at the time you start service. Furthermore, you will be informed of the fees that are associated with what services you will be requesting. You may contact Rockett Special Utility District to receive this information ahead of time.
The District will be billing for the Sewer and/or Garbage Services in certain areas for The City of Waxahachie, if you are in the following areas please be aware that your water bill will include Sewer and/or Garbage charges and require a deposit for said services. (Bent Creek Estates, Brookbend Grove, Highland Village, and Windchase Estates)

The District will be billing for the Sewer and/or Garbage Services in certain areas for The City of Red Oak, if you are within the city limits and have water through Rockett, please be aware that your water bill will include Sewer and/or Garbage charges and require a deposit for said services.
